steel buildings are low-maintenance. Concrete, wood, and ordinary
steel methods of construction can rarely match the economies
of systems construction, either up-front or throughout the life
of the building. VP buildings are also energy efficient. According
to AISC studies, a standing seam roof's life cycle costs (including
installation, maintenance, and energy) are 23-55% lower than
built-up, rubber, or ballasted roof alternatives.

Roof
Systems Pre-engineeried
roof systems, consisting of panels, insulation and secondary
structurals, are unsurpassed for weathertightness and give you
a high-quality structure that lasts.
Wall
Systems Wall systems
consist of coverings, insulation and secondary framing. In addition
to the following wall systems, pre-engineered buildings are
highly compatible with such wall materials as brick, clock,
precast concrete, aggreagate panels, wood and glass. In fact,
virtually any wall material can be used with a pre-engineered
building system.
Colors
A
variety of colors and finishes are available. (Special colors
are available as an option.) KXL is a premium color, 70% Kynar
500-based coating system. SP is a special siliconized poplyester-based
system.
